We had an immensely comfortable stay at Crystal Coves. Rooms were very clean, well furnished and stocked with essential items. The hotel is well designed and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food at the restaurant in the hotel is very good. The location is also great and it is easy to access local attractions from the hotel. Service was excellent, and all the staff from reception and housekeeping were so kind and willing to assist us. We would like to especially thank Mr Jishnu for his hospitality and helping us throughout our stay. Thank you!

Car parking has limited slots and restaurant has limited seating so first come can utilise.

Really great service from all the employees. The restaurant in the hotel served really good food and they cared about our feedback. Vishnu, one of the front desk employees, was particularly attentive to our family’s needs and helped with identifying the best local attractions like elephant rides, vineyard locations, and helping us navigate the local issues with getting to the Periyar boats on time. The rooms are clean! The bathrooms have toilet paper that aren’t humid damaged. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. Best part for sure was the lovely employees in this setting.

The stay at the hotel was extremely peaceful and comforting. The staff is really understanding and caters to your requests. The in-house food is also good for the pure vegetarians. Rooms are neat and clean. Mr.Ajith at the main desk has been extremely helpful and always welcomed with a warm smile on his face. It’s a new property and extremely close to the elephant safari.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff & the manager, about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It’s a true sample of excellent hospitality. In short, Excellent Hotel, well maintained and Good Hospitality,and also the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me.
